Official Squatch Watchers

I must have slept through it.
When I lived in Maryland, there was and earth quake in the middle of the night. I woke up to my cats freaking out and zooming all over the place. I told them to "shut up" and rolled over and went back to sleep. The next morning, I found out why they freaked out.

I was actually in Maryland when that quake happened that damaged the Washington Monument and the National Cathedral. It was the freakiest thing I ever experienced. I was talking to my manager while I was at work and I heard a rumbling, like a VERY large truck going by and then the building started shaking under our feet.

Morning everyone.

I am glad the quakes didn't hurt anyone.

I am also glad you're not just letting it go Stacey.
I thought about it some more last night.
I forgot to put a piece of mail out yesterday for my letter carrier to pick up so I have to go to the post office some time this morning.

I’m thinking I may run in the north end Walmart and take a look there, then stop in mine.

I’m also going to need chicken feed in the next couple of days.
If I drive all the way outside of town to go to tsc I might as well check out the Walmart there too.

Which pretty much kills my day.

I’m not trying to make this sensational, I just want people to know it’s not the same as cutting a bruise off a banana and lord, thinking of eating that glob of nastiness makes me gag.

(Look at me talking as if I’d tuck in to a plate of chicken’s feet!
Not. But I wouldnt hesitate to use them in soup.)
.
I have a friend in the industry I’d really like to ask about all this but they’re in China (I think for two more weeks).
