I will post pics, now that I have some free time!

They wouldn't take away your badge, that has to be some kind of wacky screwup. You are a good friend!! So weird.

I'm hoping it's just the molt. She's also very antisocial lately, and quiet, and normally she's at the top of the pecking order.

This is my first molting with all my girls, so I'm still learning! Willow (my naked chicken) was also very mopey, scrawny-looking, and pathetic when she was molting, and then all of a sudden her new feathers grew in and she is healthy, fleshed out, and acting and looking normal again! Maybe it makes them super-uncomfortable when they molt.

Another weird thing I notice with my molters is that hey will hold one foot up for some time, and then another (their feet are all good, no bumbles). Do any of yours do that?
Mine do the exact same thing. Molting can be very painful for them and my little D'ucclle has a terrible time when she molts. I usually end up bringing her in for a week or so as she always looks mopey, sad, cold and miserable. She stands alone with eyes closed and lifts one foot just like yours. Once all her new feathers are in she is right back to her old self

So now we're missing a check in from @Sassysouth, @BantyChooks, Misty, & Smuv.
I just looked up Misty & found a recent post on Granny's thread that her husband's down to 100lbs & no longer eating. Anyone heard from Smuv? Surely she can't still be packing in fl.
I have Misty's addy if anyone wants to send her a card. Poor woman.

Of course we haven't forgotten you. Did you find new friends that are less weird?
Nah... I found new friends that are more weird. :D
Actually, I just got a bit tired of the forums for a bit & needed to take a breather. You all weren't the cause! You're great. I'm back now, I think, so don't let me lapse back into obscurity.

Good morning all! Yesterday was my lat day before spring break, yay! 10 days off!!:wee

I had a BYC dream last night, rjohns was in it (no, not like that, you pervs!). I don't remember what it was but we were talking about trading chickens, lol.

I am still boycotting any and all Xmas parties/gatherings with my in-laws, it's been awesome. :D

One of my new babies starting crowing today (the only one of the batch with black feet and skin. I call him Blackfoot, not very original, I know). I have at least 2 boys out of 5. They're all so pretty! I need to post pictures.

Flower has been worrying me. She stayed out on a perch in the run twice in the past couple weeks after dark. I had to get her and put her back in. She seems a little thinner too. She is still molting, so I'm hoping that is all. She's my baby and my favorite chicken. Have any of your birds done that? Stayed out?

Parront, so good to see you back!!!:hugs I wish Smuv would poke her pointy little head in here! She sent me a "Crock Cock" recently, lol, it's like a rubber chicken with a bunch of holes in it that you put herbs in for stew and soup. She's such a nut, lol. We play phone tag but never quite catch each other. Now that I have some time off, I am gonna try and catch her when we're both around.

@MrsMistyReal , I am so sorry about all your husband and you have been going through (I just stalked the Granny thread). I am sending you all my good thoughts, hugs, and love. You were always so supportive and wonderful here, you are missed. Please pop in here anytime, we are here for you. :hugs

Suze, did you get your Friend badge back yet? Cuz that is just crazy. :idunno

That's all I got for now. Loves yas!!!!

(Edited for poopy typing)
I have 2 Tolbunt Polish pullets that like to sleep in the run. I call them Dumb and Dumber.

Cinnamon my only remaining Swedish Flower hen is molting. She's been quite feisty. Even running the boys off.
The 2 OE boys left yesterday. So now it's Jr (my other Swedish Flower) and Pat as the big boys. Clayton my little D'uccle is out there too. He's such a sweet little guy.
I'm down to 19 birds. I'm really hoping the losses are done.
