Mine do the exact same thing. Molting can be very painful for them and my little D'ucclle has a terrible time when she molts. I usually end up bringing her in for a week or so as she always looks mopey, sad, cold and miserable. She stands alone with eyes closed and lifts one foot just like yours. Once all her new feathers are in she is right back to her old self

I'm so glad to hear this! (I mean, not for your bird, but, ya know what I mean.) I freaking love that little orange bird, she's almost more like a dog than a chicken.

I brought her in and gave her a good head to toe exam, and I really don't notice anything else wrong with her. I'm just really hoping it's the molt. She is still talky and is eating, just not as much. And she always was at the top of the pecking order and since she started molting she's been really standoffish and kind of submissive.

Where can I get that? It almost looks like its dry.....I put some bag balm on it.....idk why...just cuz. :confused:

A couple of my Seramas had something that looked like that on their wattles....I was thinking maybe it was favus? I never treated them and it never seemed to bother them, but it it got worse I wouold have tried an antifungal. Can't hurt...
