Omg! We should all run over!

Already trotted my squatchy behind over.

That is why I posted the link. I was going to go full "crazy squatcher" on the poor OP but decided to quietly muster my fellow minions.

Consider me mustered! :lau

I was the "fridge nazi" at my parents when I lived there. My mom bought stuff in high quantities frequently and it drove me crazy. Do I would go in and stack and organize by date, which always faced out.
Who need 12 pounds of butter!?!

:frow Me! I do.

Wait, you don't have 12 lbs of butter?

At any given moment, I have between 24 and 50 lbs of butter in my freezer. It is Kerrygold butter that we get for half or less the normal grocery store price at Costco and the nearest Costco is 3 hours away. After switching to Kerrygold, “normal” butter doesn’t even taste like butter anymore.

I buy butter in the 4 pound pack from Costco and that is plenty!

I need to check on that! Our costco is about a half a mile from my place

Orrr.... the panick attack is starting with a little dizzy wave. You aren’t holding your breath without realizing it are you?

Nope. I have anxiety, know what a panic attack feels like. I was totally chill when this happened. not stressing about anything It was a dizzy spell (I've had them very sporadically through my life, they never found anything, but not in years and never when driving). The panic attack was after realizing I could crash my car and I wasn't able to pull over.

Rolled my windows down, got some cold air, and did some deep breathing to try to get past it.

It's only when driving. When I get to work I'm fine. One thing I noticed yesterday is that staring straight ahead seems to make it worse. If I shift my eyes around (like checking the mirrors) it's not as bad.

It's scary AF. I'm really stressing about going to work this morning. I'm hoping the med change kicks in, fast.

I got turned on to Kerrygold a few years ago when I went to Ireland. Their butter is spectacular! So is their whiskey

Oh, and this doesn't include the 12 or so cans of Red Feather butter (also a product of Ireland I believe) we have in the pantry as a backup in case we misjudge how much butter we have in the freezer.
