Pretty quilt top AND flower Cappy!

:woot For remembering to do a head count.
Poor Windy was not in the coop. I was closing up early too. She was hunkered down in an old nest box in the run. Windy is my "never done well" bird from the tow yard chickens. She has trouble gaining weight and does not lay. Poor girl is just 3 pounds.
I stuck my head in the run and said her name. She stepped out of the nest box for me to give her a ride to the coop. Since I was closing early I left the light on and put her next to the feeder. Yes she set to eating. I went out an hour later to check on her and turn the light off. She is tucked in between a BO and a BA.
Most nights I have to boost her to the roost. She is up there by her doing tonight.
She has worried me for well over a year now. :hmm

I had a pullet sitting on the ground tonight in the run. Picked her up and put her in the pop door. I love my Tolbunts, i have 2 really tame pullets.
