Official Squatch Watchers

I cleaned out the coop and found a wet spot. So now I’m wondering if it’s from ammonia or mold....
I don’t know what to do....

I been thinking about your previous mold issue......

Maybe get the pallets out into the sun, spread stall dry or sweet PDZ where the pallets were. I would go thick like 2-3 inches minimum. Then spray the pallets with vinegar or bleach and let dry in the sun before putting back in.

For the sickies Chicky linked a med that should work.

I know you plan to add windows......soon might be a good idea. Bad air out good air in and all that.

Mold can cause problems.

There is an anti fungal that can help.

The bleach will kill on the surface but it won't touch the porus stuff. If she combos though, bleach and dry then oil the wood the mold will die and won't be able to come back.:)

I'm overwhelmed at the moment. I can't believe they are sick. I was under the weather for a few days but how could I not notice.
The 3 in the house seem to feel a little better now that I cleaned their noses. I'm going to load everyone up on propolis and try to get the coop dryer.

I didn't know that about oiling the wood.
