You like to cook! Not a question what do you think about marmalade as a glaze on chicken with a hint of habanero
Sounds wonderful. I have both in my pantry.... Might need to give it a go. I've also got some black berry/jalapeno jam. hmmmmm.... On the self sufficiency thread I suggested using a spreadsheet to determine what you use in a year. When I first started canning I canned way too much of stuff we don't eat a lot of cause it was easy. 10 years later, I'm finally figuring it out.
