Yes! But they're not 200 lbs of dumb crap, not even added together.;)

Lol!!! Dumb human crap. :lau

Everyone is fed and watered. Derps omg the derps.
Running around screaming for mom while she is trying to chase them down! They almost fell out the human door into the rain!!!

I stopped them and mom sat on them. Craaaazy how they were running and freaking out over NOTHING!

They are getting some very pretty feathers coming in now.
I am calling them Dip and Dot. :gig

Tomorrow we should be sunny and 70 so I may open the 4 pack up to the flock then. They are all 4 trying to roost on top of their feeder.....no they don't fit. :hmm

Lol! These haven't worked out the step down at the door iv'e got about 50/50 jumpers and face planters. Still better than day 1 when they all just fell out, luckily it is just one small step.:D
Video? It's so funny when they haven't figured out how to chicken yet.

Oh ya'll today is my last day with hubs, at 1:30 he'll be on a plane with his mom on the way to Alaska and i'll have 12 entire days and nights dumb crap free.:yesss:
What's in Alaska?

:frow:frow Good morning.

How was night one with Jackson Suzi??
He has such a sweet face. :)

The dietary changes I am making are going to be lifelong. I know this is a very serious condition.
I definitely don't want my tombstone to read "she just couldn't give up potatoes" .

I really think that all the pre-made, sugar and starch loaded things as well as all the white bread with so many ingredients you need a chemist to understand are kind of creating an epidemic.
It makes one wonder how many people are waking around with insulin resistance and glucose readings through the roof and just don't know.
the trick is to make those life long changes sustainable. You cannot cut out a food group and have it be sustainable.

That's good. It's nice to have someone else to do the nagging for you. Are you guys able to start moving the non necessities over and get stuff put away or are you still waiting for some inside stuff to get finished up?
We can start moving some stuff over. We've already moved some stuff over

That must make you feel a little better about things. It's so much easier to move things a bit at a time so you won't have to rush and do it all at once. And you won't have to get all the baby stuff set up at your current house and then move it all.

I have a feeling he had prior tests that showed it as well.
Blessing in disguise is it made me check mine. I have been feeling yucky for years. Everything I have been dealing with fits with diabetes.
sweets have never been my struggle.....mine is potatoes. I have never been big on bread so I don't miss that.

Yes, bread is very misleading as are many other "healthy" products in how they are marketed.
Those tortillas I found have a net carb of 5. Regular white tortillas are 35 net carbs... Um that is huge!!
Another sold at Costco has a net carb of 6.
it's craaaaazy that there is that huge of a difference.

I am super happy for you that he is such a good boy.
:ya
And he is adorable too. :love:love
Thank you. I kiss him no less than 20 times a day. Lol

Oh man i'm glad they didn't get rained on! That is a whole new level of freakout:lau

What's in Alaska?
Video is totally possible, and Lulu, Tucks and Negan are two and STILL don't have the chicken thing completely down.
Hubs is going to Anchorage and then on a train to Denali, he has a 3 hour layover in New York and will have to overnight somewhere in Canada to get on a cruise ship to actually get to Anchorage.
Sounds like an absolute clusterf*ck to me and with his mom too lol!
He can have that "vacation".:gig

Not trying to fully remove grain. Just finding much better options like the tortillas.
Potatoes.....that is a rough one.....most options make potatoes worse not better.
I have to remove them because just half of a small one had such a negative impact.
