The frog part isn't weird...the frog in my house, and deep into the rooms, that's what's weird!

When I was a kid I found a dead dried up frog stuck to the wall behind my bed. I have never gotten over that trauma. I have no idea how it got in there either, second floor even.

Maybe weird for you but I find frogs inside all the time, tree though not bull those stay outside hopefully.

I debated getting them but thought it might be too much.
Haven't eaten them in ages either the way they change foods I wasn't sure they were still good even.
They thankfully are, but are much, much smaller.

@Redhead Rae Not many places will do an arm stick on babies, unfortunately. I know how to do it on the back of the hand, but they don't allow it in the civilian sector. Good luck on Monday.

As you said, they wouldn’t do an IV draw. We went back this morning, the lab was open because it is in a hospital. He got two more heel sticks. The problem wasn’t his blood, but their collection method. They were trying to draw the blood up in a straw and into a vial, but it just wasn’t working. So they got a different vial with a less blunt edge and scraped the blood off his foot. This lady was less gentle about it but it was over sooner. Poor little guy wasn’t happy and we both cried. They got enough for the sample and his levels are going down, so he’s fine. He’s just worn out. He slept most of the evening yesterday after that ordeal and he is showing signs of majoring in sleeping today. Not that I mind though. I’m just lounging on the couch, soaking up the newborn cuddles.

Care to take a guess at what Thing 1 is pretending to do to my knee?

At least he isn’t showing signs of jealousy or throwing fits that he isn’t getting milkies too.

Awe babies are so worth the pain and suffering though it doesn't usually seem that way in the beginning. They do grow on you - or get attached to certain areas.
