I will be taking cold water to the birds again soon. I may stick the 5 gallon water dish out there in the morning. It will stay cool longer.

I really need to do that. We will be HOT through September now.

Time to clean out the giant freezer anyway. To much carp we can't eat in there. :(
My neighbors sons are willing to help out by taking on all the fries and a few loaves of bread.
:oops: There is like 20# of fries in there. Yeah I am a fry junkie. :hmm

You can also freeze bottles of refilled water.

Got the lawn mowed today, was 103 when we finished. Still have the lower pasture to do as well as weed wacking. Hot and sweaty here too. Fed the birds fresh squash from the garden and they were thrilled.

We fill up 2L soda bottles and freeze them, then take the lid off when we add them to the water bowls.

Oh, and on a happier subject, my granddaughter who turned 12 yesterday got a laptop for her birthday. And I got two emails today :wee
