Hello all! A busy summer is coming to an end very soon!

A lady in the next town posted a video about her hen and was looking for answers. She found her gasping for air. I knew you people are so smart and I wanted to get your expertise opinions. I don’t know any background about eating, etc. We were thinking gape worms, even though they are suppose to be rare in chickens.

She is having trouble breathing more likely due to a respiratory illness than gapeworms. It does not look good.:(. Is a vet an option?
