If he's not here I can uber, cheaper than a taxi.
There is no bus in my area.
Also have a few neighbors but I don't bother them unless I don't have any other option at all.
Everything is too far to safely walk to which is crappy same with a bike, too far and too many creeps.

Glad you have a driver in the house. I would have issues if I couldn't drive. Although there is a township bus that will take people around town. Last I seen it was$2 and they need notice.

We have a township bus - free for seniors/disabled folks (even young ones). Trouble is we lost drivers who wanted better pay, and it takes a long time to train new drivers. Our township covers 17 communities.

Dr.Appts. ace all others. I had a bad allergy affecting one eye and couldn't get to the doctor because the bus was full up for 3 weeks in a row. Finally got a ride with someone else. But boy, the slightest eye thing puts a big hurt on you.
 
Good morning! Pretty nice out there, overcast so the crickets and stuff are still singing.
My grass has flowered so it is just swamped with honeybees, im perfectly fine with that.
Gave Bob a chunk of shriners pecan log, the look I got...wow.
He ate it but it took him a bit to figure out his breakfast. :D

I need to get on the ladder and scrub kitchen cabinet doors. :hmm
To much frying been going on here.

We are overcast with early morning thunder. Just me and the birds are up.
Those Derp girls are getting pretty big now.
My green and blue layers have calmed down a lot since they started laying.
If course as soon as I say none of my cochibs except the blacks have ever gone broody Smudge is giving it a go.....at 9 years old. :hmm
I doubt it will stick.

I guess it's a good thing you can drive with one eye in Ohio. I did it for a few months. No way I would have been able to keep my jobs if I had to try and take a bus.


Henny try dawn on the cupboards. You can even mix it in a spray bottle to make it easier.

I have Murphy's oil soap.....and elbow grease. :hmm

They are super gross up high. :(

Thinking about attaching a scrubber to my drill. My shoulder cannot handle the up high repetition.

What are your thoughts???

These are to the ceiling cabinets. I will hit cabinet two with the dawn and compare scrub time/effectiveness now.
 
Ok...seriously!!!

That dawn is freaking awesome. It cut the scrub time dramatically.

I usually use simple green on the cabinets. :hmm

Not anymore.

Daily wipe downs as high as I can reach with dawn but never even considered it for deep cleaning up high.

Glad I could help! Depending on cupboard finish there are other harsher things you can use if needed. Dawn is the best though. Tough but gentle. LOL
