I totally agree! I am sure the $ guy will have lawyers look things over. I believe the $ guy is a decent guy. He said he has lawyers on retainer that hubs could use.
I know the arse had been embezzling when he was in Colorado.....no reason to think that has changed.

Lol @apryl29 ...... He tows a LOT of cars that are really disgustingly full of random very smelly things.
I would bet big money that he tries very hard not to smell people.

Side note......
If a car is towed to the "tow yard", has Windows down, food or food smells inside, raccoons WILL be in the car.
If it is a convertible with the top down....that top stays down.
Being jerks? NO. It is a liability to roll them up or put the top up. They don't know if there is a failure in the window mechanism or top mechanism. There have been ones that the owners claimed damage.

Good to know. My car would be infested w/ rats b/c I have random bits of chicken scratch in the trunk in various containers (nothing's found it yet!).

And don't leave food in there.

Think beef burrito, 100 degree heat outside the car and a month goes by.
That was beyond disgusting.

We cleaned it, fixed the car and resold it.

It took some serious work to get that stink out.



So in the land of weird carp......
A tow company owner that totally ripped my hubs off ($6,000+) called him................
Apparently he has moved to wyoming, has a company there, wants to sell hubs the one here for a ridiculous low amount.

Seems very fishy to me.

If hubs does buy it the deal would be weird......
Buy from arse with $ borrowed from a guy arse would NEVER sell to, sell to guy $ was borrowed from with a $10,000 profit to hubs and stay on as manager.

Makes me wonder what kind of debt is involved that makes the arse want to sell in the first place.

PS: The arse is where the tow yard chickens originated.

That's gross and I'd be suspicious. Like there might be people he owes or screwed over who are going to come after the business. I'd def make sure you're not on the hook for any outstanding legal actions. Is there a way to see if there's anything pending against him or the company? IDK.. in a way it kinda sorta sounds like money laundering.

The $ guy had his lawyer look into it......yeah totally a bad deal. The arse is in huge debt with collection agencies and litigation involved.

I knew it sounded sketchy.

No idea what the lump is from, never stopped her from doing anything.
Nothing inside her mouth so not a canker.
I'm thinking bite, sting, or abcess/chicken zit. And you couldn't pay me to put my finger in old lady Marlene's mouth, i'm pretty sure she bites too.

At one point we looked at buying a company in the mountains when the owner passed away.
Maybe he had wind of that....
