Oh wow, I hope you were able to get groceries... Some stores have home delivery nowadays. Of course you have to pay extra for it, but it might be helpful when you have a food emergency & cannot get to the store. You could also order some stuff from amazon for these situations. Those rice & noodle pouches are a nice shelf stable thing to have. I tossed some hamburger in w/ a mexican rice pouch & had that for dinner Saturday night. Butter/ oil is optional & even if it says to add milk you can just add water in it's place & it turns out fine. Even if they're not you're favorite it'd be helpful to know you have some to fall back on. They're usually $1 each around here. I do the same thing w/ fruits & veggies.. buy too much b/c I only shop so often, or I don't get to it in time. Same w/ meat, then I toss it in the freezer & then it takes forever to thaw and I don't get to it. Anyway... It wouldn't be a bad idea to check out some of the pouch things, or canned soup or something that you can toss in the cupboard and know it's there in an emergency.
Oh no! I hope you're feeling better.
Wow! Those are nice and the bulbs are super cute. I had no idea that 1 bee made so little, but it makes sense since there's so many of them. It seems like a little to me, but I bet it's a lot to them.
Those lasted a long time! Those are super cute too. A tip to make nail polish last longer, put a glitter polish over it. They'll last much longer, esp on your toes. I literally have hundreds of bottles of polish (not even exaggerating) and some brands just last longer than others. I have a bottle of no light gel nail polish that lasted 2 weeks and didn't actually chip, but wore away at the end.![]()
I usually use a big fat permanent marker for signs. I hate when people use a fine sharpie and think anyone will see it. They have a sharpie magnum that says it's 3/4". Saves a lot of time.
That will be beautiful! The darker background will make the colors pop more.
Is there a food pantry that you can donate the unwanted stuff to? How disappointing, but hopefully you can freeze and use some of the stuff for yourself. Planting veggies is like buying Halloween candy, only get the stuff that you like, that way if no one stops you'll be happy to eat everything yourself.
The food pantries here are snobbish. They only want the high dollar veggies.

I don't understand why the guys won't eat things I grew.
It is just weird cause even when I had lettuce, already picked and triple washed, hubby and my son both went and bought the exact same lettuce that was in the fridge.
Really made me feel worthless I guess.

I got the squash bed cleared. I guess I should move the strawberry plants.
