Intestines were clear. Stained on the outside where they touched the gallbladder but that's it.

@casportpony I didn't get pictures or video of the open intestines so I screen grabbed a few picts of what it looked like.

It looks too purple to me. Keep in mind that I am pretty much a complete novice when it comes to doing necropsies.

That could be the picture. I had my phone in a plastic bag so I could video, get pictures, and try and help.
Other then the toxic green gallbladder nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

I think green is normal, but the staining of the surrounding organs is not. You could email the pictures to an avian pathologist at your state lab and they might be able to help.
