Turkey is about cooked and the candied yams are tasty...and I do not like them!

The stuffing is in the oven and the potatoes are getting ready to boil.

It is all coming together!

I got the coon skinned, and started removing fat from the hide. I am going to try tanning it. I would feed the meat to the chickens if I didn't have such a full fridge. I hate to waste it.
