We get hummers, but it's really hard to get a decent photo.

They are really drawn to the feeders.I have had a couple over the years come in and hit every hummer friendly flower I have. Most years if they come I never see them.
I did get a really good look (as good as after dark allows anyway) at a hummingbird moth one year. It was loving the bee balm.
Pretty freaking cool to me.

If I didn't plant for them and feed them they wouldn't swamp the yard.
I like watching things like that though.![]()
Yes, we are right on the river and I do try to grow flowers. We get so few that putting feeders just draws the wasps. We tried for several years with the fancy hummer feeders. No dice.
We go to a restaurant up the canyon that is able to draw them in in droves. I am guessing it has to do with elevation, the river running right behind the restaurant and other food available on their route like the wildflowers.
Good morning folks
We have a fair number of the hummers here as well.
Morning Bob.
I am a bit envious of y'all that get those pretty little hummers. It makes I wouldn't get many at all here. We are way to dry to grow good hummer flowers.
Have an awesome day Bob.
