Yesterday and today when I wake up, before I open my eyes, it feels like the room is spinning. Monday night I had one "truly" hard seltzer has 3g. Carb .. I usually have one when I talk to my brother on the phone Mon nights.
All day my equilibrium is off. Mainly when I get out of the chair or bend over.
Yesterday Resting BP 107/77
pulse 57
Today 109/77 pulse 56
I thought maybe needed food or water. No difference
Took an allergy pill yesterday .. no difference
Ears don't seem to be plugged
Any ideas?

:frow Good morning Mo, try to have a great day. The low BP can cause dizziness. Any idea why it's low?

Could be it drops when I get up. Hard to take it when moving. I am going to put the tester by the bed and if I am dizzy when I wake up tomorrow I take it in bed.
Maybe I need electrolytes.

Yesterday the PT person was talking about it dropping when you stand. She wants me to start checking Sue when she's sitting and then again when she stands up.

Ha I was just dizzy sitting and it's 97/63 pulse 68. So now I have to figure out how to fix that
