Whew! Finally caught up. Howdy Squatchers! Loved seeing all the fluffybutt pics. Congrats on the new additions Daniel and Chicky.

This week, I got my first ever egg from this flock. Little Sugar (barred Cochin bantam) is acting all grown up at 19.5 weeks. As proud as I am of her, no one could be as proud as my cockerel Hansel. Bad pic, but that is his big fluffy booty trying to squeeze into the nest with her. He ended up sort of on top of her 🤣

Omg my roosters are sooooo going to get us all skunked one day lol.
A skunk a big grown "I don't know you lady" skunk came around as I was shutting stuff up.
My roosters kept everybody out until just now while that thing got closer.
Some of the bigger balled hens kept getting waaaay too close.
Those boys know everybody follows them.
They got the first shoo'ing of their lives.
First time iv'e ever thrown a watermelon rind like a grenade as a distraction.:th
And I got 10 more....willingly.
