I need a small miracle lol.
A shop close to here is selling chicken feed for roughly half what im paying now.
The miracle is if these spoiled brats will eat it.
Iv'e got to go through two bags of bluebonnet first which they've also never had but costs less than kalmbach which has gone up.
I looked up the maker, they seem legit.

Their feed seems pricey to me, but I shop at Rural King. $9.99 for 50 lbs, $8.99 when they put it on sale.

I don't know much about different kinds of feed. I just have game bird feed for the quail and laying pellets and a little scratch for the chickens. I got Purina I think this time? The omega 3 because the had one bag with a tare in it and I got it for 20% off.
Looks like you have some awesome options though and cheaper than most anything I've seen at TS.

That is a bunch of quail, they're small though right? ;)

So. You all know I have 14 quail. Well they are laying now and I was thinking. You know what? I bet they will winter over better if there are more of them so huddle up. So I decided I'd incubate some of my eggs. They grow fast after all. Then I was thinking. You know what I should order a few more also because I'd like more of the standard color. (I think I'm going to slowly move over to just the normal color since they are much easier to sex)
So I ordered 20 and got 34 lol
Also have 11 of my own so... 45 going into the incubator. Lol 😂😂😂

That is good, but there aren't any rural king stores here not a single one.:(

Im exited, it means zero extra cost to feed these new birds.:)
