I can remember Todd and his cone 😅 he was bumping into everything. He was not happy, but made it and was so happy when it came off.
Sleep is best and lots of it. Potty and eating are the only things needed. I took Todd out on a lease so he wouldn't do something to open his wound again. We never did figure out what he did. Our best guess is a stick or something similar.

:hugs :hugsFor you both

I left her body harness on so I have a good handle. It is a padded harness so that helps a ton.
With it being intestinal surgery food will be at 1/4 cup every 2 hours today consisting of chicken and rice with some water to help keep her hydration up. She ate at 6:30 and had a good appetite. Water is being delivered to her so she need not get up for it.

I'm glad she's ok!

At this point, it might be cheaper to just put concrete in the entire run.

Thank you.
So true...so financially painfully true.

Good morning! Got everybody fed and tended to.
Jerry has decided he's too big and macho to ride in the carrier to the pen but is perfectly fine with riding on my arm.
I looked like a budget falconeer out there.:)

OMG!! Thank you! I needed a funny visual. :lau

:frow Good morning Rae, have a great day

Lord if you could see the stink eye I caught from the "adults" while I was strolling through the yard with that peeping circus you'd roll! :D

I can only imagine! I have seen pics with incredible stink eye from your flock. :gig

Our forecast is for low 80's and partly cloudy with a lot of smoke.

we used an inflatable collar for our lab mix instead of the big plastic cone--just enough that he couldn't turn head around and nip stitches
