I just checked on them they're inside the coop staring out at the rain.
Jerry will go halfway down the ramp to greet me until he gets wet, he stops right where the roof ends lol.

My parents' cockapoo/dachshund loves rocks too, but has never swallowed one. She picks them up, chases them when they are thrown and rolls on them.

Good morning! Rainy, soggy day so the little ones get the small side and run.
I set them out this morning inside the small side since it was pouring, and I don't think half of them had ever wandered into there before because it was flip out city.
Supposed to rain all day, they should be fine coop stays dry, run does not but part underneath the coop does and all they have to do is climb a ramp.

For this mornings pre-sunrise entertainment Aluah chose to begin siding removal where the kennel runs next to the garage.

We DO need to reside the house but um not right freaking now!

I had started saving up for it but yeah....vet.

I think I will have to see if I have some heavy plywood I can attach there for now.

River has all meds on board and has eaten. Finally everyone is laying down for a bit.

I found some 3/4" thick plywood and attached it to the deconstructed section.
I would just use the same siding but.....they don't make this stuff anymore.

Well....back to cleaning I guess.

Fed the kids lunch everybody was piled up in the doorway sleeping it was so cute.
Jerry popped out of the middle to say hey lol!
Food dish was empty so they've picked up my rainy day routine of eating and sleeping pretty well.

I think you might be right about a deficiency. First rocks, now your house. What are they going to eat next? I’d be locking up that bike.

Well they all made it down the ramp, they were under the coop dustbathing when I checked on them.
Everybody is still bone dry, no wet feet even so I don't think they've been playing in the run.
Honestly this bunch is severely allergic to water.

The house eater is the 6 month pup. She is on Nutro large breed chicken and rice puppy food..... Maybe my house is made of candy....my yard too......
