We will definitely get colder.....much colder.

I can open the valve to drain it when I go out. They won't get in and be stuck unable to get out so that will speed up the later cleaning.

I will be cleaning coops before 7 am today. It is in the plan lol. I want to get the shavings from the ducky house in the trash can before they pick up today. Those large flake shavings take WAY to long to compost.
I suppose I could spread them under my lilac row......it needs remulched anyway.
 
Lol, it is also my 26 year wedding anniversary.
That still gets veteran status right? :D

It is veterans day so no city offices or services are running.

Good afternoon everybody :frow

Not doing too well on this end. I redecorated the bathroom at work and have been at it ever since. I have managed a half piece of toast so far today. I might try liquids in a bit 🤞
To top it off i took the bunnies roof tarp and moved it as a sunshade. Well, it poured last night. I made hubs go out at one and put it back. Thankfully they're doing well. I was totally expecting the worst. We seem to be short on tarps around here. I think I may use shower curtains instead.

The average lifespan in captivity is 20.....I guess we may be nearing the end.
The lovebird will be quite upset. He is to old to really accept a new friend I think. He is 17.
