Well, I got a good resolution (better than the stinking phone resolution). I used the chat to talk to Staples customer service. They would send me a replacement, BUT I would have to disassemble the chair, repack it, and mail it back. Uhhh, some of the chair parts are not meant to come back apart once put together and I doubt I could get it all back in the box. So I call the manufacturer to see if they can provide a resolution or help me get the chair apart. Their solution, mail me a new bottom half of the chair and have me toss the broken bottom. YES! THAT is a perfect solution! The chair also has a 7 year warrantee, so I'll be filing the information away and calling the manufacturer if anything else happens.

My day was okay, spent some time reading and cleaning. I'm starting to take short walks to help build my strength back up.
