Official Squatch Watchers

Knitting isn't my cup of tea either.
That loopy yarn sounds easy enough to use.
That blanket is literally just singles, doubles, and turning chains. It's all in how many and where.
Next I am making a pull over sweater for myself. That will be a new thing for me to try.
I do prefer to use the less expensive yarn. Cost is always important.
Can't wait to see it!

I wondered what the yarn looked like worked up! Its too rich for my pocketbook so I havent tried it. She did a good job 😻😻

You’ll have to share that pattern you know 🤣🤣

I wonder if Chicky wasnt right when she suggested that your rocks are bacon flavored a while ago :lau :lau
Man, Ive just never heard of such a thing ☹☹ Could they be trying to get to something else and accidentally ingest the rocks?
The only reason they got their fancy yarn was bc it was an xmas gift.. i almost died when i saw the cost, on sale. Who would pay $13 a skein and need 8+ of them for an adult size blanket?

These last 4 years have been very trying indeed.
I quit my job because I was to sick to continue it.
Vinnie (first malamute) developed cancer and passed away.
Sable came here.
Delilah came here.
Sparky passed away.
Diabetes happened.
Tilly came here.
River came here.
Tilly almost died.
Jack passed away.
Covid struck the country.
Aluah came here.
Kitty passed away.
River had an emergency rockectomy.

Yeah, I have been a hot mess. Looking at it all typed out it makes sense that I am struggling.

I need a vacation.
Wow, thats a lot of hard times... looks like youre due for a good stretch.

That's an abomination and that person needs to be arrested for crimes against humanity.

It's been a long year. Raise your hand if you got to rehome another dislocated knee tonight... Just me? Ok then... the younger one had a 1:1 w her dance teacher to practice for their upcoming competition. I was 10 min down the road when I got a call to come back. Her left knee dislocated & didnt go back in (right knee dislocated in Sept). The studio's in a basement... i called an ambulance bc I couldn't get her up the stairs dislocated and she was afraid for me to put ot back in. The EMT's said they couldn't do it and the had no way to get her out so she finally decided to let me do it. She got an ambulance ride bc i wasn't sure about putting her in my car.. xray showed everything was ok. Need to follow up with the ortho next week. Scared the crap out of the teacher. Her very first competition was to be the weekend of the 12th. She's out for a while now. They just tried on costumes yesterday. Sigh.
