Turns out she did say "first day of meteorologic spring".

I am just so over winter I must have been hoping.

Gonna set up my seed station anyway. Just not starting seeds for 2 more weeks at least.

Our library is setting up a seed exchange -- today is the first day for it. First day open this year. I hope it can stay open this time, I have really missed going to the library.
