I might share with neighbors. I dont have near the room for all those. I just kept killing my seedlings so I planted lots on the next round. I am trying to be more serious hoping I will get something this year. The way i was gardening was reminiscent of the definition of insanity 🤣🤣

I have around 10 and doubt I can squeeze all them in my tiny garden. 😳
I plan to try several in my giant pots so MAYBE.

I am concentrating more on my tomatoes and green beans this year. Hubs insists I plant a bunch of "peaches and cream" sweet corn again. That is a huge chunk of space too.

Im going to try The Three Sisters and see how that goes. Maximize the space the corn will use up. Never planted corn before so 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am planning to put pole beans in there as well. My soil in that area is pretty poor....actually all my soil is poor. I amend and add all the time but this clay is incorrigible.

I am going to try and get compost going again as that helped some. I will mulch pretty heavy with an aged straw bale I have and stir in some steer manure.

I plan to go to Home Depot Saturday and get 20-30 bags of steer stuff. Hubs doesn't want me getting any from the dairy due to the weeds I had last time.

Good evening everyone,

Today has been a crappy day. We got up early so we could drive 3.75 hours to Columbus to see a van we were considering purchasing. It has been raining all day and we needed to take the Milk Drinker because... well, he needs access to his milk. The Milk Drinker did well on the drive up. However, when we got there, we realized as soon as we pulled up that this van was in worse shape than it looked in the photos. It was a white 15 passenger van. I thought it only had a tiny bit of rust around the wheel wells. That rust was worse than expected, there was rust above the friggin windshield that didn’t show on the photos, the entire floor of the van looked to be rusted, we couldn’t open the left hand back or side doors (the second door you can open after opening the primary door), and the van was extremely damp smelling inside. We didn’t even take it out for a drive. An entire day wasted. MD has also been rather cranky on the drive back which is not good for my sanity. And my chest hurts. I’m glad I have a toddler that can help empty out the milk.

Sorry you had a day like that. I HATE when the pics are deceptive. That's how it was when we were searching for a home. I'd see this really nice home, in our price range, then when we'd go to look at it, there would be a tarp covering a big hole in the roof, or holes in some of the carpeting, etc. Of course, they didn't take pics of THOSE areas. It would be a big let down, and waste of our time.

That's horrible to go all that way and be disappointed.
Hope you had some errands to run that way too
