Good morning!
Soggy again, actually more soggy than yesterday morning and I swear the herd looks at me like I'm in control of it.
It is amazing how judgy a chicken can look at you.
I don't know what their deal is, the rain is warm so they're just getting a shower and they could all use one.
Got to play with a hummingbird this morning, found one on the ground under the feeder that looked fairly deceased but it wasn't .
Poor guy slipped when he was coming out of torpor I'm guessing, he was fine after he got his crap together.
If the herd would have spotted his green butt though the outcome probably wouldn't have been nearly as rosy for him.,:)

Too many stamps! Next plan . . . :idunno
I have a duck that has learned to climb the netting after I turn it off for the day and let the ducks out. Too many boys bothering her, and she discovered the weed patch where the duck water runs off. Might have to leave the netting on and let her get a shock for her to change her ways.

It already feels hot and muggy out. I got a couple shrubs trimmed, yard edged and mowed, a few veggies picked and set the water out front. I need to get the chicken litter removed from what was the hoop run (it has been taken down) and prep for pavers to go there. Tomorrow is another day. I can do it then.

Well darn. To the crate then! 🤔
I have to get some shopping done....maybe a whole hour gone from the house today. Yes she screams the entire time she is crated. I try to only use it when absolutely needed.

Maybe them rowdy boys need a drake jail?
