Chicky, that's a crazy record!!

Yesterday the sun came back. It is odd that the big coneflower plant was doing great but fully wilted yesterday. I guess if it doesn't survive I can put something else there next year.

Starting out wonderful, not even 7 yet and I've already burnt up a tablet charger cable.

Not a good sign! I admit, I sometimes get those cords at the Goodwill. Ours has them all sorted and hanging on one pegboard wall, sometimes a quarter or 5o cents.

Window closed in, my cool metal frame is hung, shelf installed, brackets made from repurposed trim from the window and a couple pieces of 2x3.
