You he boss asked for an assessment of the current staff in my area the other day. Yeah they aren't keepers. Today he let one go. Yes the final call was mine on if we keep or release. No those decisions are never easy.

I hope they learn from it. For real he was not even close to hitting the goals for that sub assembly, was messing with his phone numerous times a day, eating on the line, had open top drinks on the line all after I politely informed him it was all needing corrected. Not to mention the off task visiting with other staff.

Today I will have to handle all the questions from the rest of the team.
