Good thing we got Ole Blue running. The subaru is now in the shop with a rusted through subframe :th:he:barnie
Its going to take a week for the part to arrive, a full day or more for the actual work, and cost right around a grand. This is the only time I can think of that hitting a pothole turned out to be a “good” thing. It caused damage enough to make a nasty noise I insisted we get checked and found out about the frame. If it had continued, the wheel likely would have come off while driving, among causing more damage to the underside. I hate cars. We just put down around a grand to get the other one up and running counting the new battery, full gas tank, 30 plates (echeck) and the brake work. I still need to pay for the labor on the flooring too. Anybody have a winning lottery ticket? :lau
Sorry for the rant. And thats just the personal stuff. I havent even mentioned work yet 🙄🙄🙄. I’ll leave that one very short - I really hate custody stuff.
