Good morning all 22 and windy but sunny
Varmint is out there. The DP traps were full of mud from the last one. I thought I had them cleared but they didn't go off. Rodent box trap was rolled around.

Had a 4 year old CX meat mutt died yesterday afternoon. Everyone else is fine so far. I usually lose half a dz in the spring with the roller coaster temperature so I don't think ai. I think this is 3 or 4 that died, 2 other from predators and 1 I put down.

The first day went “well”. SO much stuff to learn
My anxiety is through the roof Im not worried about the physical work its the customers that terrify me. I know. Just like the parents i deal with on a regular basis with my day job, most will be just fine. Pleasant really. But it only takes that one jerk.

Thanks Yesterday was much better. I was able to get more used to the scanner that pretty much has 80% of the answers to questions most customers will have.

Prayers it's not as bad as your fears.

Good thing I believe in prayer By the time it was time to leave i did feel better and things were a bit less scary.

Flowers have been coming in making everything smell great! I started dusting the grills and such. Pretty sure its an act of futility, but as a customer its always bugged me.

Rae, I hope everyone is feeling better.

Hi everyone! My knee is feeling a lot better. The orthopedic dr said it is most likely a bad sprain that should heal on its own with a little bit of PT. I just have to be careful standing up, on stairs, and uneven ground. My insurance is freaking ridiculous. The orthopedic dr prescribed a hinged brace for my knee, the fitted it and went to look over insurance costs, and, because I hadn’t met my deductible yet, it would have been $800. Self pay would have been $250-$300, but I didn’t have that option because of my insurance. The brace lady gave me the tip to order a specific brace off Amazon… for $72. it should arrive tomorrow.

We didn’t go to church today because DH is sick to his stomach ( he ended up puking) and I don’t feel safe driving and wrangling boys by myself with my knee the way it is.

Glad it's just a sprain and the brace lady told you about the cheaper one.
I got a knee brace at Aldi and it works well.

Glad it's just a sprain Rae... Also glad the lady tipped you for Amazon. It's amazing how quickly they hit you with that deductible and the differences in price. I also discovered a couple weeks ago that they have limits on certain meds, that they don't tell you about. The pharmacist had to split one of Sue's last refill, because insurance would only pay for 15. Now I pay full price for that one going forward. Thankfully, it's not too bad.
