I took the leftover NY food, the beans/ham and collards, put them into a soup for dinner.

Hey, all my gardeners!!!! Got a question..... DH got a TATER ton of garlic heads from work... a bunch of them are sprouting.... I wanna plant them... would this be OK or do I need to order some organic garlic.... and WHEN (RJ) should I plant them here?!?!?

Morning Squatchers. Last day before the child starts back to school tomorrow. I have been telling the dogs for over a week they were going to get a bath, maybe it will happen tomorrow.

My Orpington is so skittish! I sure hope that passes. She sounds like a goose, does yours?

Yes my Orpington "honk". I think its cute.

Dogs are all playful and happy, sun will be up soon, lots to do today. It should be a good day here.

All my Orpingtons have a symphony of honks and one beeps!
It's still a honk but it's very abrupt.

The Milk Drinker slept well last night (even though Mommy didn't because of a stuffy nose). Both DH and I feel like crap today. I think we are probably feeling like MD did 2-3 days ago. MD seems to be recovering, but still has a cough and is all stuffed up. This cold weather isn't helping any either. It got down to -3 or lower overnight (at least it was that temp when I woke at 8am). It is supposed to get up to 32 today. Joy of joys!

The cycle of being sick/kids being sick is exhausting in the winter. I hope you can get cleared out enough to function. Maybe crack a window when you hit that balmy 32 degree mark for a few minutes to let the germs escape and a little fresh air in.
I think we'd all benefit from some of rjohns special tea that he makes for his wife !
He could make it in a stockpot and we could all share!
