Bacon grease + cast iron pan = good to go! There are 15 pages of postings, WTF you peeps?

Hey! I am mostly bedridden from painful ovaries, a pinched nerve in my back, plantar fasciitis in my right foot.... AND having to watch my 10 eggs hatch in the incubator.

:tongue:tongue:tongue:tongue:tongue

Do you have your recips broken down to layer into gift jars?

Here ya go...

Instant Hot Coco Mix

Huge Note: Powdered milks are not created equal. We taste tested more than a dozen brands before we settled on this mix. Range of results went from Horrible/nasty - too rich.

QTY Unit Description
2 Cup Powdered sugar
1 Cup cocoa (dutch process)
2.5 Cup powdered milk
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp cornstarch
1 pinch cayenne or chipolte pepper (Optional)
5.5 Cups Serving Size (1/4 cup or 4 coffee scoops) add hot water and freeze dried marshmallows. I'll generally double the recipe and we have huge air tight container to keep it in. Made my last batch in January.

If you like it richer, creamier you can use Nido Milk, but in taste test, DW thought that was too much.

Yes, keeping the Ovaries, not easy. Lost that battle, best of luck to you. Try your best to keep the ovaries, at least 1. Not having the hormones, not good.

Ok. Here's the okra tree.
Each time it produces, it grows higher, it sets a new set of leaves, produces new flowers and a couple of new okra, and in the meantime the bottom set of leaves falls off. Think of them like x# of stories tall a building is. This plant has grown 14 (of its) stories high.

The other picture is for comparison. The okra plants on the left are about a half foot taller than me, so approximately 6 feet tall right now.
The crazy thing is that the tall plant came from the same seeds

WFH (working from home) is awesome! I get to hang out with my baby (he is usually good about playing by himself for good stretches of time) and my chicken peeps when I'm not busy with, you know, actual work! You're just jealous. :p

Don't have a good cheese cake recipe, but I have done meals in a jar. Once I find my notes, I'll probably start again. I worked with Chef Tess to convert my recipes into "just add water" recipes. The last recipe she was working on was lemon picata chicken over pasta. I need to see if she ever got it.
