ETA: Parm and all the other Italian cheeses I love. So far I have mozzarella and ricotta pretty well down. Colby needs a bit more work, but almost there and I need to try pepper jack again.

So sad, Parmesan is one of the best things in life! I love the smell of it, even the fake stuff from Costco!

Umm, hello?

I'm in Northern California and heard this is a Sasquatch discussion? Big furry critters? Am I in the right place?

I may have gotten lost somewhere between @Smuvers Farm and her eggs she hatches under a chicken wing, and a rooster I've managed to brine, baste and tenderize in expensive honey and turmeric while he bathes in epsom salts and munches on cilantro.

Anyway, just give me some hot chocolate and I'll put my paws up and make myself comfortable, folks.
