I don't know if I believe so much in a sasquatch in the traditionally thought of way.

I do very much believe there are a multitude of things and creatures no one knows a thing about or has ever seen.

How many here have heard of the butterfly bat?

Come now.....a show of hands.....how many have even heard those words together.

Pretty darn amazing!

How about a parrot that lives in the snow and doesn't fly?

I decided the best place for a greenhouse is in the same area as the garden but over closer to the fire pit. Hubby still has not nixed the idea. Do you know i still have lettuce growing out there uncovered? Romaine! It might be big enough to eat by Xmas!

I need to get off my arse and find someone local who could dig up our space to make a garden. It looks like a raised bed this year, but we have a HUGE 1-1.5 acre piece of land that we need completely cleared out and leveled.... but we also need to find out where the gas pipe goes under ground so we avoid it...

I have an indoor/outdoor greenhouse that's about 5ft tall for starts. I had all the shelves filled with starts last year, yet everything dies before it could be transferred outside... because DH had work issues come up and couldn't dig out some plots. Same issues happening agin this year..... and we still haven't dug up all of our hawaiian purple sweet potatoes from the front yard yet... but they grew all funky... long and skinny... just not having a good time with gardening yet.

Yeah, i got here in May so i started late. The sweet potatoes i dug up were small so i left the rest in the ground but then the vines died so i might as well dig them up.
First call the utility company to mark your pipes etc. Then maybe you can find a farmer to clear and till a space for you.
