We are getting colder here too. They say we may get snow Friday! I just got blossoms on my peas!
And tomorrow i have to get up early to take Kiss to get his nuts snipped. Poor guy.

winter is here... went from 65 Monday to 35 Tuesday.. bummer.. I will noT be working on my coop anytime soon

I was out working a couple of days ago in shorts and t shirt! Now i am wondering where that winter jacket is i ordered!

Good thing the gals have feather coats. I had frozen water this morning about 3/4 inches thick.

Well we knew winter was coming. I still have lots to do. That never changes.

I have 3 week old chicks under a hanging heat lamp. Some of the chicks are roosting around the lamp like it is a campfire and others I have to push off the top of the brooder because the hog the lamp. I will see if I can get a picture. When I go check on them at night the stupid Cockerel crows. Big, little dummy.

So excited! I may be getting 3 or 4 lionhead bunnies!
And i have been talking to hubby about the greenhouse.... so i am developing a plan.

Love the avatar too. When i originally posted that and said that's what I picture when I read your posts, I was afraid I maybe offended you.....apparently not.

It's pretty hard to offend me I was born with thick skin. Personally I think it's ridiculous that people get so offended by so many things these days. I told a lady at one of my vendors office the other day that she had a bat in the cave and nobody else could hear me and she got offended. Wth next time I'll just let it flap in the wind

You ever raise rabbits before?? They are a lot of work. Must house separate to prevent horribly bloody fights.
