Yeah but if i have damage that needs attention i want to know. Mostly i try to ignore pain but it does make me grumpy!

You could have a tear or worse, a partial tear, which you could finish off with just a twist. Knee repairs are so much better now than they used to be!
Definitely get those knees checked out!

Yup, i just kept thinking they would get better but they don't. It was one part of my body i HAD no problems with!
