Official Squatch Watchers

Chicken Math happened the first time when I went to buy 4 BCM and heard myself say "Ooh what are those!?!" Came home with 2 extra Wheaten Ameraucana.
Happened again when I ordered hatching eggs. Knowing I didn't want to deal with excess boys I ordered 4 eggs. A miscommunication delayed shipment and the seller added "a few" extra... I hatched 7 chicks.
Then I rehomed a boy and brought home my little banty cochin the same day. LOL

Did i post my new apron on here?

It holds 10 eggs!

It means they are like potato chips. You can't have just one. Next thing you know, you ate the whole bag. And you want to try more different ones.... you eat that whole bag. In the mean time you are constantly building coops. I used to have more than 20 coops, plus tractors and stalls lined with chicken wire in the barns....it is addictive!
Sounds like a perfect description.
And I can relate because sadly .....
I ate chips and dip for breakfast today! :lau:lau
And I ran out of dip, (didn't have much to start with)
But I killed the last of the chips! :gig:gig:gig:gig:gig
So I'm extrapolating that if I had ample room and money I'd be a DANGEROUS chicken lady!!!!!

My little milk drinker is starting to play with his wheeled vehicles like a little boy. Rather than chewing on them and turning them upside-down to spin the wheels, he is making "Brrrrrr" noises and rolling them across the floor and up and down things. They grow up too quickly

It's cute, but I prefer a basket. I would end up leaning against something and squashing the eggs. :)
Yup, but better than my pockets when i forget to take a basket. Plus i might use it when i am building stuff to hold screws and nails. Love the print!

Here's a question. What do you call "Chicken Math" what you are thinking about expanding into other birds? This isn't a joke in progress. I really want to know.

I call it experimentation, need to try this type bird or breed to see how it fares compared to what I have. And you always have to have enough for an honest assessment.
