Just got off the phone with PBM.... she had to euthanize her millie, who went downhill rather quickly. She may or may not be on today.

Edit to Add: I gave her permission to take a Xanax and a glass of wine.

In totally unrelated news, I just bought this.

Incidentally, it is taller than the old playpen and doesn't have those handy X cross-bars for MD to climb up.

*gasp* You're right! It totally would. I have 16 more panels that are compatible with the ones I just bought (2 of the panels are gates), but they are already in use elsewhere in my house and at my parents' house, so I had to buy another set. They will be GREAT for chicks when my kids grow out of them or we baby-proof the house better.

*gasp* You're right! It totally would. I have 16 more panels that are compatible with the ones I just bought (2 of the panels are gates), but they are already in use elsewhere in my house and at my parents' house, so I had to buy another set. They will be GREAT for chicks when my kids grow out of them or we baby-proof the house better.

I could also use them for runs for adult birds too. I could just put netting over the top...... the possibilities are endless!

I just got my electric bill and it's $155 (small 2 bd apt w baseboard heat) for December. I'm really hoping they estimated it b/c it's never been that high before, ever and we've been here for 6 years.
