THM is a good place to start however, I have found that no ONE way of eating fits everyone like a glove. Example, for ME to lose weight, I need to eat about 80% OR MORE of my calories IN FAT.... and pretty much avoid fruits and veggies like the plague. For me, that is not sustainable..... my body ends up CRAVING fruits and veggies, I overdose on them, and end up back where I started... or worse.
My *current* way to eat is to TRY to eat AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE. That includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains (no wheat though) and staying away from anything processed to high heaven and sugar. I believe, the most important thing I can do for MY own body, is add more exercize. I think I have been *dieting* for so many years that weight loss will only happen FOR ME if I start lifting weights and balance that out with yoga.
But are you the original owner? I am to my systems. Neener
