Really digging this link! I like how I can get the jars alone without lids... nice! Less waste that way too. Thanks Henny Penny!!

Second hand stores?Recipe? No. A jar full? No.
Yep.
I'm writing up my part-with list too... but I want to squeeze some eggs out their little butts first. I haven't seen single one from that group since last summer.NOM, NOM, NOM!! The store bought sauce ain't got nothin on home made.
Well I got my list of who I can part with. I have 13 birds on the list. Going to be hard letting a few of those go.
Going to try and sell 7 of the 1 year olds.
My precious BA x 4
1 blue and one red giant Cochin (although the red is not much bigger then the bantams)
And my Barnevelder.
The other 6 are the ones that always have me keeping a worried eye.

Some places are like that. I really scored yesterday, got 2 really nice stainless steel milk containers with lids for $2.99 each! Even hubby thought it was a good deal.I would see about getting a sampling to be able to check your lid fit. That would mean making some more something so you can check that they seal properly.
Cappy you must have better second hand stores then me. Jars at ours cost more then brand new. The little nightstand you converted to a nest box would have cost 30+ here.
