Official Squatch Watchers

It is light now. The hoop survived with no damage.
:woot

The plastic is held on with PVC to keep it off the wire and PVC clips to keep it on the PVC sticks.

Older pic but you can see the exposed PVC on the raised side.

This is what I got for the clips. We cut the 4' sticks into 6" sections on my compound miter saw with a fine tooth blade. I am very pleased with how they have been working.

I can box some up and weigh them. Not like they need packing material to keep them safe. LOL Mail them "slow boat to China" will save money on shipping too.
Sounds good. I can send you some postage, let me know.

Happy Monday All!!!

MISTY, CALL THE DOCTOR ABOUT MR!!!!! NOW NOW NOW!!!

We care, yanno? :hugs

@apryl29 holy jeepers batman, I thought *I* was the only anxious bridge over water driver! What's so funny, I only have the anxiety about driving over bridged waters and cruise ships (never been on a cruise ship). I can go swimming, sailing, scuba diving, etc... but those 2 things make me all whacked out!!!

You need to go back and edit that post so you can tag PBM in it. I betcha she'd LOVE something like that for her chickies!!

Try metal grommets and bungee cords. I swear, we have had wind whipping the TAR outta our one hoop coop and the tarp on top doesn't budge an inch.
Nope, you're not the only one! I've "swam" in the ocean before, and been on a cruise, but I really don't like boats. It's more the depth of the water thing b/c when I swim if I can't touch the bottom I feel like I'll never come back up. I blame an incident w/ an innertube and a pond during my adolescence. The bridge thing is b/c I have an irrational fear of going over the side of the bridge and into the water. I know it's very unlikely to happen, but then it DOES happen to someone and it reinforces that fear, it's esp bad b/c of the kids. Then this one time a semi (w/o a trailer) actually drove over the side of this huge bridge.

That's an awesome idea! I need to put more support on my run this year.. I might steal that idea.

@apryl29 The boys seem ok. Waddles on both faired better then I thought. Trouble's comb looks dreadful. Most of the points are waxy/crusty looking. Not black but not a nice healthy color either. Time will tell if spring ever arrives.
Hopefully that means the tissue isn't dead. Odin has this black spot still on the back of his comb. I haven't been messing w/ him since the tips seem to mostly be normal color. The black spot is from the girls grabbing his comb. His waddles don't look as bad as they did when were were constantly below freezing & below zero. Hopefully the worst is over now.

I did run a long PVC piece over the hoop above the door and down the sides too. It gave me a place to hook the plastic that is on the flat end of the run.
It does not show well in the picture. :hmm
