Official Squatch Watchers

Been dealing with a sinus headache that feels like an infection - dagger in eyebrow being twisted. So I have a Dr appt in the morning with a Dr i don't really trust much, but it's the only one available. I spent almost all of today in bed, going between being too hot and too cold, taking whatever meds to try to feel better. Maybe I'll be able to start sleeping again soon, too.

Other than that, I'm doing ok. Right now is kitchen chicken time, and I need to get the Pac man frog out to feed in a few mins, and then feed the fish.

Morning RJ! :frow

You're up early.
Me? Yeah early too. I couldn't sleep.

Looks like we're on our own for breakfast. I think I will go with captain crunch. :p

Going to be a busy day here. Good thing the puppy has learned to bark for out.
:yesss:

I assume you're headed to work. Don't forget a lunch.

Not about chickens.

I watched this little Indy film on Netflix that was categorized as a romantic comedy. It was about a young priest who although is very devoted to his calling, struggles when he meets a very unconventional young woman, and they develop a friendship. His two mentors couldn't be more different.
One is played by Danny Glover, he is straightlaced and oldschool. The other is John C. McGinly, the wacky doctor from scrubs. He plays his role as a chain smoking, junk food eating, sports fanatic, Jesuit.
It was a debut film from a very young group of filmmakers shot in just 18 days in Bloomington, Indiana. It's proof that an excellent story doesn't always need explosives, 100 million dollars, and three years to tell.
This scene really really touched me and I just wanted to share it with you as I observe the 7th anniversary of an important day, one that changed me forever.
Thanks for being my friends.

Good night Rae, hope he lets you sleep!
He did! He slept in his crib until 2:30 this morning. I got to sleep about 10:30, so I got 4 hours of blissful, uninterrupted sleep! Also, he only woke me up one other time last night, which was also very nice.

Hope you feel better soon. Did you try a hot compress?
