@Smuvers Farm There is an odd trick that works for dyslexia. Try inverting the color on the screen when he reads. So white letters on a black background. For printed material use a colored overlay. Sorta like these...

Painful. Very small budget to start. Then a lot of the homes need serious work. (Whole new septic system) On top of all that lots of places have oil or propane heat. ($$$$$) And even if I find a place I'm slightly interested in I have to call each and every zoning department to find out if chickens are ok.

In other news, my call to Azure Standard customer service after hours mailbox did some good. I got a notice that my order shipped today!!!!!! Yay!!! My goof has been un-goofed.
