Can you say this a different way.“They” say treats shouldn’t be more then 10% of their diet. So say 8 cups of fruits and veggies 2-3 times a week. 20 cups a week between 9 chickens. That’s 1/3 cup per chicken per day....
STOP.I would say yes.....2-3 cups 5-6 times a week split between 9 chickens

I give them " treats" ( veggies and fruits) 5 or 6 times a week. 2 pie pans of chopped veggies or fruits shared by 9 chickens
Don't think she is any more of a piggie than the rest of them.
That is too much treats in my opinion.

Basically when you feed treats they eat less of the feed and the feed is a higher Concentration of vitamin that they need. So to much treats are bad. The feed is mixed with everything a chicken needs and treats are not. Don’t get me wrong treats are fine in small amountCan you say this a different way.
