Official Squatch Watchers

I've unfortunately had quite the experience with skunk spray. The other trick is spray with pam then wash with dawn. Obviously you don't want to spray oil on fabric. The idea is the oil in the skunk spray will stick to the oil in the pam then all get washed away.
You can soak things (dog collar) in a bowl of the peroxide solution too.

Hey y'all, coffee will be on, and breakfast is whatever you find, so you can get creative and just let me know what I need from the store. I'm too tired to stay up.

Fortunately, taking out the hay has gotten Lizbeth to work on getting out of her broodiness. I'll give her a week and if she's not having a tater fit about being out for kitchen chicken time, she'll get all new hay. Hopefully she'll go back to laying again.

Good morning. Thank Anansi but no breakfast for me yet. Had to do a 12 hour fast for blood work, and going in to radiology to get my lady parts ultrasounded and a camera up the hooha to check for fibroids or endometriosis. Yuck on both parts.

Everyone start off this Monday on the right foot!!! :D

I am so glad that we stumbled upon the method of selecting the be best tempered roosters. I got rid of my last mildly aggressive New Hampshire Rooster in my last culling. I had two Delawares and one New Hampshire in the Bachelor Pad when I moved my five Cochin/Dominique cross cockerels (who are 23 weeks) over there with them. They tussled for a bit, until the cockerels submitted, but there is no blood, and the 3 roosters were allowing the 5 cockerels to eat with them (with the occasional head peck to keep them in their place). I need to do in the 5 cockerels and one of the Delawares but they will be fine where they are until I can get around to it.

Speaking of right foot, I found a problem on my Avatar's one. Can you guys check out the related post?
Bumblefoot in Cochin Rooster's Toe
According to Banty, he is fine. *whew* Just recovering from a bit of frostbite.

PUPDATE.....

So far so good! She only had indoor accidents the first night.
She isn't cowering unless human is standing.
She is playing and being a puppy instead of a scared little ball of fur.

Intros to my dogs will wait until she has a bit more self confidence.

LOL now the 5 cockerels are fighting amongst themselves (I guess because moving them shifted the pecking order) and the 3 older roosters keep breaking the fights up.
