Official Squatch Watchers

@Molpet Elector PSP? I know it’s expensive but tater it works! I have some if you want. I treated 15 birds and the coop with 1/2 gallon.
Thank You :hugs
you better keep it incase you need it again.
I think I am going to try the more natural ways with sulfur and wood ash dust baths before I get the big chem guns out. The chickens will use the dust baths.. I'll have to do the 3 turkeys since all they are thinking about is strutting, laying eggs and not dust bathing

I have plenty. Taterin stuff is EXPENSIVE but by my calculations I could do my birds and coop 60x. I had lice. A mild case. Tried dusting, tried VCO, nothing worked. Bit the bullet and paid the big bucks. 1 treatment and no lice. Got a new little chicken and found 1 mite on her. Sprayed her and roosts for good measure. No mites! Landlord has pigeons, saw 1 with lice (different then chicken lice) Again 1 treatment of just that bird and haven’t seen more.

I can’t argue with results.

@Smuvers Farm, Did your chickens seem to eat less when you were feeding scratch and peck? Like mine are eating but the bowl keeps food in it? Is it just super filling or something?

TONS less... but we also fermented it as well.... I feed them about 2/3rds of a cup of ff per chicken now... whereas they'd eat MAYBE 1/3rd cup of the S&P when it was fermented... but I also go the organic as well.

Ok! I thought I was trippin! Nope, not this time. Thanks pookie, btw that's your name around here hubs calls you my chicken pookie. I don't know why,but yeah you're my chicken pookie now.:lau

I have stacked boxes.
I get eggs both in upper and lower boxes. This week the lower left has been most popular averaging 6 eggs in it with between 1 and 4 in each of the other boxes.

They switch it up. Next week who knows.....
Good to know....thanks

Is this normal? (looks like she's giving the finger, lol)

She got stuck. I already helped her out. :) I'm naming him/her Fergus, as s/he was born on St. Patty's Day! :jumpy

I'm up to 8 now, with another hatching as we speak! @WVduckchick

2 dead ones under my broody, the one hatching now I snatched from under my broody and stuck in the bator, one weak one in the brooder that I've been nursing....SO many chicks!
That's a great picture. Would that be considered a breech hatch? :gig
