I feel like mashed taters today. So exhausted, I walked out to check on my broody and put eggs in the lock down incubator and I had to lay down for 1.5 hours. I don't even really feel like sitting up for long.

I do hope whatever it is passes fast so you can get back to normal.

It sure drags the day down to lose a pretty bird. I'm OK just bummed. I also hope she is the last I lose for a long long long time.

We took the bikes out for a ride to clear our collective heads.

I had baked potatoes and pot roast with carrots and cabbage for dinner.



Great, now I want more of it and it is gone.

I have baked chicken, home baked bread and Brussels sprouts too!

And of course there will be gravy!
