That’s my favorite way as well ! With some balsamic vinegar:drool while they’re roasting.
Oh yeah.I love them so much that last summer I officially sent DH over the edge. I made them so often that he has actually banned them from his dinner plate. So yes.....there is some truth to....."too much of a good thing". So I now make them when he is out of town on business.

Not the only one who makes things when DH is out of town.
It’s salmon here.
He hates it.
I love it.
I cook it on the grill on a soaked cedar plank with lemon slices butter and dill on it.

Also as much as I love Brussels sprouts, one of my friend makes a salad from them sliced very thin on a mandolin. Add pecans and cranberries, dressed with lemon juice and olive oil.
Dear god it rips my stomach up. Just cannot digest them raw aparently ...
